RICHARD SPENCER

Richard Spencer is a white nationalist and identitarian. He is credited with creating the term "alt-right." The alt-right movement is widely recognized as helping win the election of Donald Trump by promoting a grass roots white nationalist political movement. Spencer was part of the "Unite The Right" rally in Charlottesville, Virginia in 2017 which ended in the death of an anti-protestor in a vehicular assault by one of the Unite The Right members. Spencer is calling for the re-establishment of a permanent white majority in America and Europe even if it requires racist and inequitable treatment of non-white people.
